Government and Private Sector Collaboration to Launch 'AI for All' Service Within the Year
Three consortia recently selected for the 'AI for All' project promoted by the South Korean government have announced their specific development plans. This project aims to help every citizen easily utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology in their daily lives.
Based on their respective areas of expertise, the selected companies are preparing to launch AI services for the public within this year. They have unveiled a blueprint to provide practical AI services that citizens can experience firsthand across various fields, including education, healthcare, and administration.
A government official stated that they expect this project to help South Korea take another step forward as an AI powerhouse. In particular, the combination of the creative technical capabilities of private companies and government support is expected to create a synergy effect.
Moving forward, each consortium plans to accelerate development to enhance the quality of their services. Citizens are expected to be able to experience new AI services that will make our lives more convenient as early as the end of this year.
