Strengthening Private Economic Cooperation Between Korea and Malaysia: Delegation Dispatched to Malacca State
The Korea Maritime Disaster and Environment Rescue Association and the Hanam Business Forum are stepping up to strengthen private economic cooperation between South Korea and Malaysia. The two organizations announced plans to dispatch a delegation to the state of Malacca, Malaysia, in the middle of next month.
This delegation visit has been arranged to celebrate the birthday of the Governor of Malacca. In addition to conveying congratulations locally, the delegation intends to focus on exploring business opportunities between South Korean and Malaysian companies.
A representative from the Hanam Business Forum stated that they hope this visit will lead to more active economic exchanges between the two countries. In particular, they are expected to discuss practical cooperation measures in the fields of maritime disaster environments and business.
Attention is focused on whether the activities of this delegation will serve as an opportunity to expand private diplomacy between South Korea and Malaysia and further solidify their future economic partnership.
