Seongnam City Strengthens Customized Support by Operating 'Healing Space' for Single-Person Households
With the recent rapid increase in single-person households, Seongnam City has established a special support space for them. The 'Single-Person Household Healing Space,' operated directly by Seongnam City, was founded to help the growing number of single-person households in the region lead healthy lives.
Currently, single-person households account for approximately 35% of all households in Seongnam. In line with these social changes, the city has planned various programs to help alleviate the sense of isolation that single-person households may experience and to help them find emotional stability.
