Naju City Launches 'Lucky Consumption Lottery' to Boost Local Economy
Naju City, South Jeolla Province, has launched a special event to revitalize the local economy. It is the 'Lucky Consumption Lottery' system. This system allows residents to exchange receipts obtained from purchasing goods or using services within the Naju area for lottery tickets.
Participation is simple. You can visit designated locations with receipts from your spending in Naju to exchange them for lottery tickets. If you win the lottery, you will receive 'Naju Love Gift Certificates,' which can only be used within the Naju region, as prize money.
The main purpose of this system is to ensure that money is spent again within the local community. Since the prize money is paid in Naju Love Gift Certificates, citizens will naturally use their winnings at local shops, which has the effect of revitalizing the local economy.
Through this event, Naju City hopes that the consumption activities of its citizens will provide practical help to local small business owners. It is expected that various policies to boost the local economy will continue in the future.
