Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation Partners with Singapore to Support Startup Expansion into Asia
The Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation has partnered with Singapore's Temasek Trust Impact Platform to support startups from both South Korea and Singapore. This collaboration was established to help promising startups from both countries understand each other's markets and achieve growth.
Ten startup teams selected from South Korea and Singapore, respectively, will participate in this project. These startups possess innovative ideas for solving environmental issues, such as climate technology, and plan to enhance their competitiveness in the Asian market through this opportunity.
The foundation expects this collaboration to play a significant role in developing the climate technology ecosystem in the ASEAN region. Participating companies will receive mentoring from experts and learn concrete strategies to successfully enter the Asian market.
The Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation plans to continue pursuing various international collaborations to help domestic startups grow into global enterprises. This project is expected to serve as a crucial stepping stone for South Korean startups to expand into the Asian market.
