9 out of 10 Domestic Proptech Companies Adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology
According to the 'Proptech AI Status Report' recently released by the Korea Proptech Forum, the utilization of artificial intelligence technology among domestic proptech companies has been found to be very high. Proptech refers to an industry that combines property and technology, and the results of this survey demonstrate that the digital transformation of the domestic real estate market is progressing rapidly.
According to the report, 87.5% of the companies that participated in the survey responded that they are already applying artificial intelligence technology to their services or are in the process of developing related technologies. This indicates that many companies consider artificial intelligence to be essential for analyzing real estate data or providing customized services to customers.
In line with this trend, the Seoul Business Agency is also operating the 'DIP-Spot Open Innovation' program. This program serves to connect demand-side companies, such as large corporations, with venture firms that possess innovative technologies. Through this, companies are collaborating with each other to identify new technical challenges and increase the efficiency of the real estate industry.
Experts expect that artificial intelligence technology will increase the transparency of real estate transactions and provide more convenient information to users. It appears that various innovative cases utilizing artificial intelligence will continue to emerge in the proptech sector in the future.
