Proptech Forum Announces ‘AI Interior Consultation Guidelines’ for Consumers
Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been actively introduced into the field of interior design consultation. In line with these changes, the Korea Proptech Forum has newly released ‘AI Interior Consultation Consumer Guidelines’ to help consumers use AI services safely and correctly.
These guidelines summarize the points consumers should be aware of when receiving interior consultations through AI. In particular, they were prepared to prevent issues such as information errors or privacy concerns that may arise during the consultation process.
There are a total of eight major checklist items included in the guidelines. These include methods for verifying the accuracy of estimates provided by AI, setting the scope of personal information provided during consultations, and procedures for expert verification before final contracts.
A representative from the Proptech Forum explained that these guidelines will play a significant role in enhancing trust between consumers and companies. It emphasizes that protecting consumer rights is just as important as technological advancement.
