Korea Association of Health Promotion Gyeonggi Branch Conducts Regular Meal Service Volunteering for the Local Community
The Gyeonggi Branch of the Korea Association of Health Promotion has practiced warm sharing for the local community. The association recently visited the SK Cheongsol Senior Welfare Center to conduct regular meal service volunteering for the elderly.
This volunteer activity was organized to help provide healthy meals for local seniors and to communicate with neighbors. Association staff members personally served the food, took the time to ask after the seniors' well-being, and shared warm hearts.
Beyond health checkups, the Korea Association of Health Promotion regularly contributes to the local community through various social contribution activities. It plans to continue its ongoing efforts to help marginalized neighbors in the future.
Meanwhile, support for dementia patients and their families is also actively taking place throughout our society. The Mokpo City Dementia Relief Center is operating customized welfare services, such as supporting screenings for early detection of dementia and providing medical expenses and necessary supplies.
As such, the various sharing and support activities of local communities and public institutions are becoming a great source of strength for our neighbors. We look forward to more such heartwarming news being shared throughout our society in the future.
