Rep. Kang Yu-jung on questions regarding Rep. Kim Seung-won's allegations: "I answered through the exercise of personnel authority"

Rep. Kang added, "I have already answered sufficiently through the exercise of personnel authority." This is interpreted as an emphasis that these issues were already taken into account or that party-level measures had been taken during the process of Rep. Kim's voluntary resignation in the past.
