Recent Poll Results Show Rise in Democratic Party Approval, Decline for People Power Party
According to the recently released National Barometer Survey (NBS) results, notable changes in the approval ratings of South Korea's major political parties have emerged. This survey is considered an important indicator for understanding the current flow of the political landscape.
The results show that the Democratic Party of Korea's approval rating rose by 1 percentage point from the previous survey, reaching 41%. On the other hand, the People Power Party's approval rating fell by 3 percentage points, remaining at 20%.
As a result, the gap in approval ratings between the two parties has widened to 21 percentage points. This indicates that the difference in support between the two parties has grown even larger compared to the previous survey.
These poll results demonstrate how the public currently evaluates the policies and activities of each party. It is expected that political circles will deliberate on the direction of future state affairs and party activities based on these shifts in public sentiment.
