Gyeseong-myeon, Changnyeong-gun, joins forces to eliminate welfare blind spots
Gyeseong-myeon in Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, held its third steering committee meeting to help neighbors in need within the local community. This meeting was organized to identify neighbors in need of assistance and to provide them with practical welfare services.
Participants at the meeting carefully reviewed the progress of major ongoing welfare projects. In particular, they held intensive discussions on ways to discover blind spots where individuals are not receiving welfare benefits.
Furthermore, they explored concrete methods to provide field-oriented, customized welfare services rather than mere theoretical discussions. They decided to strengthen a system that proactively reaches out to provide support tailored to the situations of local residents.
Gyeseong-myeon plans to continue its efforts to resolve welfare issues in the local community. It is hoped that the decisions made during this meeting will be effectively applied in the field, creating a warm local community where no neighbor is left behind.
