Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City Secures 10.1 Billion Won in State Funding for 2027 Cadastral Resurvey Project
Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City has announced that it has successfully secured 10.1 billion won in state funding required to carry out the 2027 cadastral resurvey project. Through the securing of this budget, the city will be able to accelerate the project to accurately organize land information within the region.
The cadastral resurvey project is a national project that investigates and corrects areas where the actual land use status does not match the boundaries registered in the cadastral records. Once this project is completed, it is expected to be of great help in reducing land boundary disputes and protecting the property rights of citizens.
Based on the secured budget, the city plans to resolve cadastral discrepancy issues in major areas within its jurisdiction by 2027. In particular, it plans to build digital cadastral information to increase the efficiency of land management and improve the system so that citizens can check land information more conveniently.
Securing this budget will serve as an important foundation for regional development and the convenience of citizens. Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City stated that it will continue to do its best to promote the project in order to provide transparent and accurate cadastral administrative services in the future.
