AI Technology for Preventing Electric Vehicle Fires to be Unveiled at ‘FIRE TECH KOREA 2026’
With the recent increase in electric vehicle usage, public anxiety regarding electric vehicle fires is also growing. To address these issues, ‘The Keeper,’ a company specializing in disaster safety, announced that it will participate in the ‘FIRE TECH KOREA 2026’ exhibition, which will be held in 2026.
At this exhibition, The Keeper plans to showcase ‘EV Keeper,’ an early detection solution for electric vehicle fires that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This technology is a system designed to detect signs of fire in electric vehicles in advance and assist in immediate response when a fire occurs.
In particular, this solution is characterized by connecting the entire process from detecting a fire to responding on-site into a single workflow. Through this, it is expected to be a significant help in reducing electric vehicle safety accidents by enabling faster and more accurate responses in disaster situations.
Given that electric vehicle fires are more difficult to extinguish than ordinary fires, this technological development holds great significance. Through this exhibition, The Keeper plans to promote the latest disaster safety technologies and continue its efforts to create a safer environment for using electric vehicles.
