KOREATECH Partners with the International Labour Organization (ILO) to Train Leaders in Digital Vocational Education
Korea University of Technology and Education (KOREATECH) has decided to operate a new joint master's program in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO). The two organizations recently successfully concluded a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for this purpose.
This master's program aims to cultivate experts who will lead innovation in the field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the era of digital transformation. It focuses on teaching the skills required in rapidly changing industrial fields and fostering leaders who will set the direction for future vocational education.
The educational approach will be a blended format, combining online theoretical learning with hands-on field training at KOREATECH. Students are expected to benefit from more effective learning by acquiring both theoretical knowledge and practical skills simultaneously.
Through this agreement, KOREATECH has established an opportunity to introduce international educational standards and promote Korea's vocational education model to the world. Moving forward, the two organizations plan to work closely together to contribute to the advancement of global vocational education.
