KoreaTech Students Spread Warmth Through Technology Sharing in Vietnam
Students from the Korea University of Technology and Education (KoreaTech) are launching a global educational volunteer program in Vietnam. This initiative was organized to utilize the students' technical expertise to assist local students and promote Korean culture.
The volunteer group plans to improve the educational environment in Vietnam and conduct various technical training programs alongside local students. In particular, the curriculum is designed to go beyond simple support by allowing students to participate and experience the activities firsthand, which is expected to be very well-received by the local community.
This program also includes a special performance to promote traditional Korean culture. The students plan to showcase the beauty of Korean culture by presenting a new form of theatrical play that combines mask dancing, traditional singing, and movement based on the Cheongju Arirang.
Through this volunteer activity, KoreaTech students will practice the value of sharing and cultivate their capabilities as global talents. The university stated that it will continue to provide various opportunities for students to share technology and culture in different parts of the world.
