Korea University of Technology and Education Operates Special Program for Employees' Mental Health
The Korea University of Technology and Education (KOREATECH) Co-op is drawing significant attention for conducting an 'Employee Mind Care' program designed to support the mental health and happy work life of its staff. This program was organized to help relieve stress accumulated from work and to strengthen the bonds among employees.
Employees who participated in the program experienced counseling sessions with experts and various psychological healing activities. Through these, they had time to reflect on their emotions, share their concerns with colleagues, and find peace of mind.
