A New Shift in Dog Health Management: Analyzing Eating Habits with AI Technology
With the recent increase in households raising pets, services that utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology to manage dog health are gaining attention. In particular, a technology that analyzes a dog's eating habits to check their health status has been developed, drawing significant interest from pet owners.
The newly emerged 'Humanely AI' technology precisely analyzes the sounds produced while a dog eats and their water intake. Since dogs cannot speak, changes in their usual eating habits can be an important signal of health issues. This technology detects these subtle changes and notifies the owner.
This technology is built upon Google Cloud-based data engineering and the latest AI models. The artificial intelligence learns the dog's typical eating patterns through collected data and, if any abnormal signs are detected, immediately processes the data to provide analysis results.
Experts expect that such smart technology will be of great help in the early detection of diseases in dogs. Because AI manages aspects that are difficult for owners to check themselves, it is effective in maintaining a healthy life with pets.
Artificial intelligence technology is expected to be utilized in even more diverse ways across the pet industry in the future. Expectations are high regarding whether these technological advancements will gift both dogs and their owners a more convenient and happier daily life.
