Enjoy it regardless of the weather… 'Indoor Park Golf Course' opens in Jinhae, Changwon
Recently, park golf, a sport popular for being played outdoors, has been expanding its reach into indoor spaces. While park golf has long been known as an exercise that could only be played in large parks, it is now transforming into a form of daily exercise that can be enjoyed regardless of weather or season.
'Park Ya Changwon Jinhae Branch' has recently opened in Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam. This is a space equipped with indoor park golf facilities, allowing citizens to exercise comfortably at any time. It is receiving significant attention for overcoming the spatial limitations of traditional outdoor park golf courses.
Indoor park golf courses have the advantage of allowing people to enjoy the sport even when it rains or during the cold winter months. Park golf is particularly popular among middle-aged and older adults who prioritize their health, as it is a sport that can be enjoyed without overexertion. The opening of this indoor facility is expected to serve as an opportunity to increase citizens' access to daily sports.
It is expected that new types of sports facilities, such as indoor park golf, will continue to increase in the future. As an environment is created where many citizens can enjoy exercise more easily and healthily in their daily lives, the local community's culture of daily sports is also expected to become more vibrant.
