Korea Tourism Organization Promotes the Tastes and Sounds of Korea with Actor Park Bo-gum
The Korea Tourism Organization has released a promotional video featuring actor Park Bo-gum that captures the diverse charms of Korea. Under the theme of 'The Sounds of Korea,' this video focuses on conveying the depth of Korean culture by introducing beautiful landscapes across the country and representative regional foods.
In the video, Park Bo-gum visits various regions of Korea, including Gangwon-do, Jeolla-do, and Gyeongsang-do. In the Gangwon region, he experiences the unique local flavors by tasting savory Chodang soft tofu and spicy dak-galbi (spicy stir-fried chicken). Furthermore, in the Jeolla region, he showcases the deep flavors of traditional Korean cuisine through Jeonju bibimbap and Sunchang gochujang.
During his travels in the Gyeongsang region, he introduces Andong jjimdak (braised spicy chicken) and Busan's signature dish, dwaeji gukbap (pork soup). Beyond simply showing the act of eating, the video sensuously captures the unique sounds and atmosphere of each region, allowing viewers to indirectly experience the joy of traveling in Korea.
This promotional video was produced to share the tastes and sounds of Korea with the world. Through this project, the Korea Tourism Organization hopes that many domestic and international tourists will visit Korea's diverse regions in person and experience their cultures firsthand.
