Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, Recruits Participants for 'Life Planning School' Health Education for Middle-Aged Residents
Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, has prepared a special educational program to help middle-aged residents in the region enjoy a healthy and vibrant retirement. Eunpyeong-gu announced that it will be recruiting participants for the 'Life Planning School: Health Planning' course until the 27th.
This training is intended for middle-aged residents of Eunpyeong-gu between the ages of 40 and 64. The primary goal of this program is to help the middle-aged generation, who are facing a turning point in their lives, to self-assess their health status and systematically plan for a healthy life.
Once selected, participants will learn customized health management methods under the guidance of experts and gain practical information for daily life, such as healthy eating habits and exercise routines. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to connect with neighbors who share similar concerns and prepare for the second act of their lives.
Residents who wish to apply can do so through the relevant department in Eunpyeong-gu or the designated registration office by the 27th.
