Ana Torroja announces her participation in the Magdalena en Vivo 2026 festival
Renowned Spanish singer Ana Torroja has confirmed her presence at the Magdalena en Vivo festival for the year 2026. The event will take place at the iconic Campa de La Magdalena, located in the city of Santander, a regular venue for major musical events in northern Spain.
This concert is part of her current tour, titled "Se ha acabado el show" (The show is over). With this tour, the artist reviews the most important hits of her career, including both her time as the lead singer of the group Mecano and her successful solo trajectory, which promises to attract an audience of diverse generations.
The Magdalena en Vivo festival has established itself in recent years as one of the most prominent musical gatherings of the summer in Cantabria. The event's organization seeks to maintain its relevance by attracting top-tier artists from the national scene, and the addition of Torroja is one of the first major confirmations for the 2026 edition.
Tickets for this show will go on sale soon through the festival's official channels. High demand is expected from fans, given the cultural impact that Ana Torroja's music has had on the recent history of Spanish music.
With this announcement, Santander reinforces its position as a key destination for music tourism in Spain. The organizers hope that the 2026 edition will exceed the attendance figures of previous years, consolidating the Campa de La Magdalena as an essential meeting point for live music lovers.
