López Miras expresses his confidence in Correos employees and criticizes the Government
The President of the Region of Murcia, Fernando López Miras, has recently expressed his support for the employees of the public company Correos. In his statements, the regional leader sought to clearly differentiate his opinion regarding the workforce from his political stance toward the current Government of Spain.
López Miras emphasized that he fully trusts the professionalism of the postal entity's civil servants and workers. According to the Murcian president, Correos staff carry out their work with responsibility, regardless of the political circumstances currently surrounding the institution.
However, the tone of his statements changed when referring to the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez. López Miras expressed clear distrust toward the central Executive's management and questioned the decisions that depend directly on the current administration, noting that these raise doubts about the functioning of public institutions.
Finally, the regional leader took the opportunity to reiterate his support for the Popular Party candidate, Alberto Núñez Feijóo. López Miras insisted on the need for a change of government in the country, arguing that it is fundamental for improving public management and recovering citizens' trust in State institutions.
