Microsoft and SeniorID partner to train senior professionals in Artificial Intelligence
Microsoft and the SeniorID association have recently announced the signing of a strategic collaboration agreement. The main objective of this alliance is to promote training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) specifically aimed at professionals in the technology sector who have a consolidated career path.
This initiative seeks to bridge the digital divide and update the skills of more experienced workers. Through this program, participants will be able to acquire advanced technical knowledge on the use and implementation of AI tools, which will allow them to remain competitive in a constantly transforming labor market.
The project focuses on the value of senior talent, highlighting that their previous experience, combined with new technological capabilities, is a fundamental asset for Spanish companies. The training will focus on practical cases and real-world applications of AI, thus facilitating its integration into the daily workflows of organizations.
With this agreement, both entities intend to foster generational diversity in the technological field. It is expected that this training will not only improve the job opportunities of veteran professionals, but also help companies face the technical challenges of the future with more prepared and diverse teams.
