Pilar de la Horadada launches a tourist train for its patron saint festivities
The municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, in the province of Alicante, has announced the launch of a special tourist train service. This initiative aims to facilitate the mobility of residents and visitors during the celebration of its patron saint festivities in honor of the Virgin of Pilar.
The service will be operational from October 6th to the 18th. During this period, the train will travel through different strategic points of the town, allowing the public to move comfortably and quickly between the various venues where the festive events take place.
The organization has decided to implement this transport to manage the increase in people on the streets during the days of greatest activity. It is expected that the train will help reduce traffic congestion in the town center and facilitate access to the events scheduled in the festive agenda.
This measure seeks to improve the experience of attendees, who will be able to enjoy cultural, religious, and leisure activities without worrying about parking or long walks. Local authorities invite all citizens to use this means of transport to enjoy the festivities in a safe and organized manner.
