Schneider Electric boosts energy transition training in Spain
The company Schneider Electric has launched an ambitious educational initiative to promote energy efficiency throughout Spain. Through its platform called 'Schneider Electric University,' the company seeks to offer specialized training to professionals and students interested in the energy sector.
The program stands out for its wide variety of content, bringing together more than 1,400 courses available digitally. This training offer is designed to meet the current needs of a labor market that demands advanced technical knowledge in key areas for the country's future.
One of the fundamental pillars of this initiative is the 'Advancing Energy Tech' project. This component focuses on connecting three essential concepts for industrial modernization: electrification, automation, and digitalization. With these tools, the company intends to facilitate the transition toward more sustainable and efficient energy models in Spanish companies.
The training will reach more than 40 strategic stops in different parts of Spain, allowing technical knowledge to be accessible in both large cities and industrial zones. This reach is fundamental to ensuring that small and medium-sized enterprises can adapt to the new European technological standards.
With this project, Schneider Electric reinforces its commitment to technical education in Spain. The initiative not only seeks to improve workers' skills but also to accelerate the digital transformation of the national energy sector, a necessary step to meet the sustainability goals set for the coming years.
