NCC recruits new Head of Finance to strengthen construction operations
The Swedish construction company NCC is currently seeking a new Head of Finance for its business area "Building Sweden." The role is a vital part of the company's management and involves providing support to managers in their daily work. NCC is one of the largest construction companies in the Nordics, and their financial decisions often impact the entire Swedish construction market.
The new manager will have significant responsibility for analyzing the business's performance. By gathering and explaining key information, the individual will help the management team understand the company's results. The goal is for the company to be able to make better and more well-founded decisions for the future.
The construction industry in Sweden has faced several challenges in recent years, partly due to high material costs and a changing economic climate. By recruiting a financial expert, NCC hopes to navigate more securely through these times. It is about having good control over the numbers in order to run projects more efficiently.
The business area "Building Sweden" is responsible for many large projects across the country, such as housing, hospitals, and offices. The new Head of Finance will therefore be an important link between financial goals and the practical work out on the construction sites. A person who understands both finance and how large construction projects operate is required.
The recruitment is part of NCC's strategy to remain a leading player in the Swedish market. For the person who gets the position, a challenging role awaits in an industry that is crucial for Sweden's growth and development. It also demonstrates how vital financial insights are for large companies to evolve in the right direction.
