NIA opens applications for 2026 medical innovation program, aiming to improve Thai public health
The National Innovation Agency (Public Organization), or NIA, has announced that applications are now open for those interested in joining the Thailand Medical Innovation Hub – Tech Forum & Hackathon 2026 program to further advance the development of medical technology in Thailand.
The main goal of this program is to connect all four medical innovation districts to create an ecosystem that fosters the creation of new innovations, providing an opportunity for developers, entrepreneurs, and medical personnel to exchange knowledge and present ideas that can be put into practical use.
Activities within the event will focus on solving public health problems through modern technology, ensuring that Thai citizens can access medical services that are of higher quality and efficiency. This is considered a significant step in driving Thailand to become a regional hub for health innovation.
Those interested can apply for the program starting today. The NIA expects that this project will help create innovative works that address the needs of society and sustainably improve the quality of life for Thai people in the future.
