BEM opens 'BEM CARE 2026' health station, inviting urbanites to take care of themselves at MRT Chatuchak Park
Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM) has organized a health promotion activity under the name “BEM CARE 2026 Health Station” at Metro Mall, MRT Chatuchak Park Station, to encourage passengers and the general public to pay more attention to their physical health. The activity has received significant interest from those passing through the area.
Inside the event, many interesting activities were organized. A key highlight was the sharing of knowledge on health care and anti-aging by “VJ Ja” Natthaweeranuch Thongmee, who provided advice on how to take care of oneself to look youthful and stay healthy in the long term, serving as a great inspiration to those who attended.
In addition to health knowledge, the activity also focused on participation through exercise, featuring “Kru Took Suan Lum,” a famous exercise leader, who joined in to lead movements and teach simple exercise routines that everyone could follow, aiming to encourage passengers to move their bodies during their commute and reduce fatigue from work.
The atmosphere within the health station throughout the day was lively, with a large number of people stopping by to use the services and participate in the activities continuously, reflecting that modern urbanites prioritize health care even when they have limited time during their commute.
The BEM CARE 2026 Health Station activity is a great example of utilizing public space for the benefit of society. Those interested can stop by to join the activities or receive health advice at the MRT Chatuchak Park station, which serves as a place to rest and recharge for everyone before continuing to their destinations.
