KMITL hosts major 'KMITL EXPO 2026' to celebrate its 66th anniversary, opening a platform to bridge research with the business sector
King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) is preparing to host the major event 'KMITL EXPO 2026' to celebrate the institute's 66th anniversary. This event focuses on showcasing outstanding innovations and research projects from the laboratories of students and faculty, aiming to advance them toward practical application at an industrial level.
Key highlights of the event include the International Business Matching and Investor Day activities, which provide an opportunity for investors and entrepreneurs from both domestic and international markets to meet directly with researchers. This activity serves as a business-matching platform that allows investors to act as 'mentors and partners' to the creators, providing guidance and support for product development to meet the demands of the global market.
The main goal of this event is to concretely push research from the shelf to the market. The institute believes that involving the private sector from the development stage will help strengthen Thai innovations and make them competitive on the international stage, as well as build more sustainable collaborative networks between the academic and business sectors.
Those interested are invited to view the innovative works and participate in various activities at KMITL EXPO 2026. This is a significant opportunity for entrepreneurs looking for new technologies and investors seeking to support Thai innovation, working together to drive the country's economy forward with knowledge and modern technology.
