OKMD partners with ICDL Thailand to elevate digital and AI skills, preparing Thais for the future
The Office of Knowledge Management and Development (OKMD) has announced a significant partnership with ICDL Thailand by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly drive a digital lifelong learning ecosystem. This marks a crucial step in developing the potential of Thai people to keep pace with technological changes in the modern era.
The primary goal of this collaboration is to focus on promoting digital skills and Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills, which are essential for work and life in the new era. Both organizations will work together to create learning innovations that are easily accessible and meet international standards, ensuring that all groups of people can continuously develop themselves.
The collaboration between OKMD and ICDL Thailand will provide Thai people with access to high-quality, globally recognized learning curricula, which will enhance the competitiveness of the Thai workforce in both domestic and international job markets. Furthermore, it serves to prepare Thai society to transition into a fully digital and sustainable society.
In the future, this project will develop learning materials and activities that meet the needs of learners of all ages, creating an environment that effectively supports lifelong learning. This is considered part of the effort to push forward Thailand's digital education policy to achieve further progress.
