Last night, a fire broke out at a restaurant and brewery establishment in the Lat Phrao area of Bangkok, resulting in property damage and causing alarm among residents in the vicinity. Firefighters rushed to control the situation and were able to extinguish the blaze shortly thereafter.
Ms. Rachada Dhnadirek, Deputy Government Spokesperson, revealed that Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul has been briefed on the incident and expressed his concern for those affected by the fire, while also instructing relevant agencies to conduct a thorough investigation into the cause of the blaze.
Furthermore, the government has ordered local officials to strictly enforce safety measures at various establishments, particularly restaurants and entertainment venues that accommodate large numbers of patrons, in order to prevent a recurrence and to build confidence among the public and tourists.
At present, forensic investigators are examining the site to determine the exact cause of the fire. If it is found that the establishment neglected safety protocols or violated the law, strict legal action will be taken accordingly.
