Besins Healthcare partners with YoungHappy to host an educational event on hormones for those aged 45-60
Besins Healthcare (Thailand), in collaboration with the senior community YoungHappy, organized a special event titled "HORMONES Matter: Good health starts with caring for your hormones" to promote health literacy among Thais aged between 45 and 60.
This event was held to ensure participants gain an accurate understanding of the importance of hormones in the body, which are a key factor affecting health and quality of life as one enters middle age, particularly regarding the physical changes that may occur during this period.
The event featured insights from experts to help participants take appropriate care of themselves, as well as raising awareness on how to balance hormones to reduce the risk of various health problems that may follow as one ages.
This project is part of an initiative to support Thai society in transitioning into an aged society with quality, focusing on providing accurate and useful information so that those aged 45-60 can live happy and healthy lives in the long term.
