BEM reveals Q3 earnings growth, continues to upgrade 'Health Station' services
Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited, or BEM, reported its operating results for the third quarter of this year, stating that the company experienced satisfactory revenue growth. This was driven by the high season, which saw a continuous increase in the number of expressway and MRT passengers, resulting in a strong and stable overall business performance in line with the set targets.
Beyond its growing financial performance, BEM is also prioritizing the improvement of passengers' quality of life. The company recently announced an upgrade to its 'Health Station' project within MRT stations to provide health services to daily commuters, focusing on promoting well-being and making it easier for passengers to access basic health services.
Activities under this project include special events and basic health check-up services, conducted in collaboration with public health partners, allowing passengers to conveniently take care of themselves while traveling. This reflects a business adaptation that looks beyond mere transportation, placing significant importance on social responsibility and the quality of life of its service users.
These operations reflect BEM's strategy to build long-term satisfaction for MRT passengers, both in terms of travel convenience and concern for their health, which is expected to help build confidence and attract more users toward the end of this year.
In summary, the revenue growth in the third quarter, coupled with social initiatives like the Health Station, marks an important step for BEM in developing comprehensive services. Interested passengers can follow further details regarding health activities at all MRT stations.
