Agoda unveils cutting-edge new office at 'One Bangkok', prioritizing employee well-being
Real estate consultancy JLL Thailand has announced the successful transformation of a new office space for Agoda, located in the 'One Bangkok' project. Spanning over 26,000 square meters, the office is designed to support a new era of work that puts employees first.
The office is designed under a modern 'Tech Campus' concept, focusing on creating an environment that promotes both productivity and employee well-being. The space is equipped with comprehensive facilities, such as massage zones, a Pilates studio, and a cafe with professional baristas, to foster a relaxing and creative atmosphere.
This transformation marks a significant milestone in the new era of workplace design in Thailand, as leading companies increasingly prioritize 'Workplace Wellness' to attract top talent and ensure long-term employee happiness.
This project is not merely a renovation of a standard office space but reflects a new standard for offices in Bangkok that seamlessly integrates technology with employee quality of life. It is expected to become a blueprint for other companies in developing future workspaces.
