Prime Minister prepares to launch ‘Thailand FastPass’ project to accelerate investment attraction
The Prime Minister is set to preside over the launch ceremony of ‘Thailand FastPass,’ a key initiative aimed at unlocking laws and regulations that hinder business operations, in order to facilitate both Thai and foreign investors looking to invest in Thailand.
The main goal of this project is to reduce complex and time-consuming bureaucratic procedures, ensuring that project approvals are faster and more efficient. The government believes that these legal reforms will help build investor confidence and promote Thailand as an attractive economic hub in the region.
Through the implementation of this policy, the government aims to accelerate cumulative investment value to exceed 220 billion baht within a specified timeframe, which is expected to have a positive impact on employment and overall national economic growth.
The ‘Thailand FastPass’ project represents a significant step by the government to adapt to a global landscape where investment competition is intensifying. It focuses on creating a business-friendly environment to continuously attract new investment capital into Thailand in the future.
