Ministry of Public Health partners with Lion to continue proactive oral health project for the 3rd year
The Ministry of Public Health, in collaboration with Lion (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has announced the continuation of the "Lion Smile Express" project for the third consecutive year. The initiative focuses on promoting public oral health through modern innovation to effectively enhance surveillance and prevention of dental health issues at the community level.
The core of this year's project is the integration of "3D Scanner" technology for proactive oral health screenings, which allows for more accurate and rapid diagnosis. This innovation will enable public health officials to monitor and plan appropriate treatments for the public, reducing the risk of oral diseases that could escalate in the future.
Beyond public health care, the project also prioritizes internal personnel by launching a "Healthy Canteen" and an on-site fitness center within the Ministry of Public Health. These facilities aim to promote well-being among staff and provide a work environment that encourages self-care.
This collaboration serves as a prime example of synergy between the public and private sectors to sustainably improve the health of the Thai people. The project remains committed to expanding its operations to reach target groups in various areas more comprehensively.
