ThaiHealth joins forces with partner networks to advance mental health care for workers nationwide
The Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), in collaboration with partner networks, is moving forward with the HHA project to establish a mental health care system for the workforce in Thailand. The initiative focuses on creating workplace environments that foster well-being, both physically and mentally.
Currently, the project has expanded its cooperation to over 222 organizations, covering more than 1.2 million employees nationwide. This operation marks a significant step in prioritizing mental health issues among workers, who often face stress from professional responsibilities and the pressures of daily life.
Results from the project have revealed compelling data: 99.98% of employees at risk for mental health issues showed improvement after receiving care and support through the HHA network. This demonstrates that having an accessible and appropriate support system can effectively reduce stress and depression in the workplace.
The success of this project not only helps improve the quality of life for employees but also positively impacts the overall productivity of organizations. ThaiHealth and its partner networks affirm that they will continue to scale this project to ensure that workers in Thailand maintain strong mental health and enjoy sustainable happiness in their work.
