Besins Healthcare (Thailand), in collaboration with the senior community YoungHappy, has launched a special activity titled "HORMONES Matter: Good Health Starts with Caring for Your Hormones" to provide knowledge and foster understanding regarding physical changes during adulthood.
This activity focuses on the target group aged between 45 and 60, a period when the body often experiences noticeable changes in hormone levels. Understanding this subject will help participants take care of their health correctly and more effectively.
Within the event, health experts provided knowledge to help participants learn how to observe abnormal symptoms caused by hormonal imbalances, as well as advice on adjusting daily lifestyle habits so that everyone can live happily and enjoy a better quality of life.
