Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont has joined in the launch of the 'Quantum Club Thailand' project, a significant collaboration between the public and private sectors aimed at propelling Thailand to become a global innovation hub. The primary goal is to concretely develop advanced technologies, or Deep Tech, within the country.
A key part of the project's roadmap is to raise 100 billion baht to establish research and development centers across five core areas. These represent future technologies that will play a crucial role in the economy and industry of the digital age. This investment is seen as a way to provide Thailand with a robust infrastructure in science and technology.
The synergy of the Quantum Club Thailand group focuses on creating a comprehensive innovation ecosystem to attract experts and investors from around the world to participate in research within Thailand, which will significantly enhance the country's competitiveness on the global stage.
This project is considered a major step in transitioning Thailand toward an innovation-driven economy. It is expected that the outcomes from research and development in these five areas will lead to the creation of new economic value and improve the quality of life for Thai people in the long term.
