Fujifilm launches 'OXEI' technology to elevate surgery in Thailand
Fujifilm (Thailand) has announced a significant milestone in medical innovation with the launch of a new technology called 'OXEI' at the Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand (RCST 2026) annual scientific meeting, aiming to improve surgical precision and safety for patients in Thailand.
The OXEI technology is designed to assist surgeons in monitoring oxygen levels in patient tissue in real-time during surgery. This serves as a vital tool that enables doctors to make faster and more accurate decisions, particularly during complex surgical procedures that require high precision.
In addition to the OXEI technology, Fujifilm has reinforced its 'Total Surgical Solutions' strategy, which offers comprehensive medical solutions ranging from diagnostic procedures to treatment and surgery, to support medical personnel in achieving maximum efficiency.
This move reflects Fujifilm's commitment to integrating advanced technology into the Thai public health system to elevate the standard of medical care to an international level, ensuring that Thai patients have the opportunity to access higher quality and safer treatment in the future.
