EXIM BANK moves forward to equip Thai entrepreneurs for the global export market
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM BANK) has organized a workshop titled 'Business Model Canvas for Export' to enhance the knowledge and skills necessary for Thai entrepreneurs, focusing on business planning to ensure readiness for competition in the international trade arena.
The workshop aims to help entrepreneurs analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their businesses through the Business Model Canvas tool, which provides a clear overview of the business—from target customer segments to cost and revenue structures. This enables entrepreneurs to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the global market.
In addition to business planning knowledge, EXIM BANK provides advice on accessing funding sources and export risk management strategies, ensuring that Thai entrepreneurs, especially SMEs, can operate their businesses stably and sustainably in the long term.
This project is part of the government's commitment to promoting Thai products and services to gain international recognition, which will help stimulate the national economy and create new opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs to expand their customer bases abroad in the future.
