Thailand Advances 'Air to Food' Technology, Turning Air into Food to Become a Future Food Hub

Alongkorn Pollabutr, Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, revealed that this technology involves taking carbon dioxide from the air and subjecting it to scientific processes to convert it into high-quality protein. This method is environmentally friendly and helps reduce the land use required for traditional agriculture.
Adopting this technology marks a significant step for Thailand in elevating its food industry, with the goal of ensuring food security and positioning Thailand as a global 'Future Food Hub.' This will increase economic value and create new opportunities for Thai farmers and entrepreneurs.
