Important Collaboration Between Turkey and the UK for Child Health
Academic relations between Turkey and the UK are being strengthened through a new project launched in the field of child health. Realized with the participation of universities from both countries, this partnership aims to improve the future quality of life for children.
This comprehensive research program, which is planned to last four years, focuses specifically on childhood nutrition. Experts will examine the effects of healthy eating habits on children's development using scientific data.
Another important pillar of the research consists of physical activity and metabolic health. Within the scope of the project, solution proposals will be developed to prevent metabolic problems seen in children and to encourage a more active lifestyle.
This collaboration will bring together the experiences of both Turkish and British scientists, providing significant knowledge sharing at an international level. The results obtained are expected to shed light on future child health policies.
