ASELSAN Children's Festival Brought a Wave of Science and Technology to Kayseri
ASELSAN, one of Turkey's leading defense industry organizations, organized a special event in Kayseri to foster a love of science among children. The "ASELSAN Children's Festival," held between September 5-10, provided children in the region with an unforgettable week full of technology.
At the stands set up within the scope of the festival, children had the opportunity to examine interactive exhibits up close. Science demonstrations conducted under the guidance of experts allowed participants to both have fun and discover fundamental scientific principles. Young people with a particular interest in technology gained their first insights into the world of engineering at this event.
The main objective of the event was stated as introducing Turkey's domestic technology production capacity to young generations and encouraging them to become the engineers of the future. ASELSAN officials noted that such social responsibility projects enhance children's creativity and guide them toward research.
The festival, which received great interest from families in Kayseri, offered a platform where technology and education merged. Workshops held throughout the event supported the children's manual dexterity and analytical thinking skills.
This festival organized by ASELSAN made a significant contribution to the vision of domestic technology by increasing children's interest in the world of science. Similar events are planned to be held in different cities across Turkey in the future.
