Istanbul to Host Technology and Speed with Türkiye Drone Race’26
Istanbul is preparing for an exciting technology event in the coming days. Organized under the main sponsorship of Katılım Emeklilik, the Türkiye Drone Race’26 will bring together drone pilots from all over the world. This event aims to be a key meeting point for both technology enthusiasts and speed lovers.
A total of 70 athletes are expected to participate in the races. Of these athletes, 33 are international pilots coming from different countries. Participants will engage in fierce competition using the world's fastest FPV (First Person View) drones. Pilots will have the opportunity to showcase their skills by reaching high speeds on specially prepared tracks.
The event will be held in accordance with FAI (World Air Sports Federation) standards. This indicates that the race carries a professional character on an international level. The competitions are also of great importance in terms of demonstrating the latest point that drone technology has reached.
