Thanks to this system, patients can make appointments through digital channels before going to hospitals. This digital infrastructure aims to reduce the workload in healthcare institutions.
The system currently provides services in 79 different branches across Turkey. Citizens can easily manage their appointment processes with specialist physicians or at healthcare facilities via the internet or mobile applications. This development is considered an important step taken to increase efficiency in healthcare services.
