Turkish Aviation Technology on the European Stage: PACE Introduced
Turkish Technology, operating in the Turkish aviation sector, has achieved a significant technological milestone. The company introduced its new solution, PACE, developed to make pilot selection and evaluation processes more efficient, at the prestigious EAAP Summit held in the Netherlands.
The EAAP (European Association for Aviation Psychology) Summit is known as an international platform that brings together experts in the field of aviation and technology developers. With the PACE system presented at this summit, Turkish Technology shared its innovative approaches to measuring and evaluating the skills of pilot candidates with the participants.
The PACE system aims to minimize the margin of error in pilot selection processes and analyze candidate performance using more objective criteria. This developed software has once again highlighted the importance of digitalization in human resource planning within the aviation sector.
Industry representatives state that such solutions developed by Turkish engineering increase Turkey's strength in complying with global aviation standards. The introduction of PACE in the international arena is also considered a positive step for Turkey's export potential in the field of aviation technologies.
