Turkish Defense Industry Technologies Exhibited at Nusret-2026 Exercise
The Nusret-2026 Invitation Exercise, organized to enhance Turkey's maritime security, also hosted a significant technology exhibition this year. Within the scope of the exercise, the latest maritime technologies developed by the Turkish defense industry were introduced to the participants.
Among the exhibited products, sonar systems ensuring underwater security and unmanned maritime vehicles particularly drew attention. These technologies stood out as modern defense solutions developed against mine threats at sea.
Leading Turkish defense companies such as HAVELSAN and Meteksan took part in the event. The remotely operated underwater vehicle developed by HAVELSAN attracted the interest of participants with its ability to conduct reconnaissance and inspection in challenging sea conditions.
The Nusret-2026 exercise aims to both strengthen military cooperation and showcase the progress of the domestic defense industry on an international platform. Such events are of great importance in emphasizing Turkey's operational power at sea and its technological independence.
