A New Era in Digital Health Services from the Ministry of Health
Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu made important statements regarding the "Health Türkiye" brand, which was developed to promote Turkey's strength in the field of health to the world. Minister Memişoğlu stated that the integration of digitalization into health services is continuing at a great pace.
Within the scope of the work carried out by the Ministry, the services provided through the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS) have been made more comprehensive. Citizens can now easily reach specialist physicians and health facilities in 79 different branches through digital channels.
Thanks to this digital infrastructure, appointment processes are managed much more quickly and efficiently. The Ministry of Health states that this system both increases accessibility for domestic patients and strengthens Turkey's health tourism potential.
The "Health Türkiye" brand aims to highlight the country's technological developments in the health system on international platforms as well. With its modern health facilities and digitized appointment processes, Turkey is advancing on its path to becoming a regional hub in health services.
