Ukraine and the Netherlands have created a joint fund for the development of defense technologies
The Ministries of Defense of Ukraine and the Netherlands have announced the creation of a joint grant fund. Its goal is to support the development of new defense technologies that will help strengthen the security of our state.
The total budget of the fund is 20 million euros. These funds will be directed toward financing innovative projects created by Ukrainian and Dutch developers. It is expected that this cooperation will accelerate the implementation of modern solutions on the battlefield.
The program focuses on supporting startups and companies working in the defense industry. Participants will be able to receive grants to test their ideas, improve prototypes, and scale the production of necessary equipment.
This initiative is an important step in strengthening the partnership between the two countries. It demonstrates that international partners continue to provide systematic support to Ukraine, investing not only in ready-made weapons but also in the development of the technological capabilities of the Ukrainian defense sector.
